Meet the Chef

This year, the Château d'Audrieu welcomes its new Chef, Xavier Pouzin, who will take the reins of the Seran's kitchens, as well as the bar. After training at the Ferrandi school and cooking in prestigious Parisian establishments (Le Pré Catelan and the Lasserre restaurant), Xavier Pouzin left to learn at the Georges V*** as a kitchen assistant and then as a half-head at "La Cuisine" in the hotel Le Royal Monceau
